We have significant experience in searching Registered Design rights covering the UK, EU Community Designs, US Design Patents and International Industrial Designs.

We also carry out searches of Registered Design rights, both by holder and by subject matter, in a variety of other territories including Australia, Belarus, Canada, China, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and the Ukraine.

We have also carried out searches for non-registered designs which may effect the validity of Registered Designs.
